MINGW64环境更新HEXO到Github提示TTY错误

最近碰到好多朋友使用 MINGW64 使用 Github + HEXO 搭建博客的时候提示下列错误，

目测是 终端 哪个地方出问题，

偷懒的做法是换 Github 客户端自带的 SHELL ，
